Explore the world of tapestry weaving. Tapestry weaving 101 will teach participants the basics of weaving on 11x14" wood frame looms. Students will learn how to set up their loom, use a weaving needle, and be led through a tapestry weaving sampler in which various patterns and shapes begin to take form. choice in weft yarns and roving will be sampled for different textures. These pieces become beautiful wall hangings.

Materials Required: Students must be a pair of small scissors and a darning needle to class.
