Learn the structure of the four most popular shawl shapes - Triangular, Asymmetrical, Crescent and Bias.  Swatches will be done of each shape.  Tips, techniques, written instructions and charts will be provided to give participants an in-depth understanding of how these four shawl shapes work.

Each participant can begin the triangular shawl “Old Balustrade” which is available as a free pattern on Ravelry, choose a different shawl or bring in a “WIP” shawl.  These shawls will be worked on during the three-week session in order to address any questions or concerns that may arise while proceeding through the patterns.
