This 4-hour introductory course will teach you the basics of knitting with a fun, hands-on approach by an experienced instructor. Develop a new passion, make some new friends, and join the knitting revolution!
Learn how to read a ball band, gauge-and how to understand the gauge to other patterns. Casting on/knit/purl, ribbing and getting correct gauge.
Materials Required: One pair of knitting needles size US 6-8 (4.0-5.0mm), and worsted-weight yarn in a light colour.

LOCATION: This class is held at Spun Fibre Arts 2395 Lakeshore Rd. West in Bronte Village
Parking is available on Jones, south of Lakeshore or the municipal lot at Ontario St. Please do not park in any other business or private lots.
