Have you been eyeing those wonderful colourwork yoke sweaters?

Stranded colourwork is a technique in which two yarns are used in the same row to develop patterns in your knitting. This class will help you get on your way to disovering how fun working with two or more colours can be! Introduction to Colourwork with Sarah-Margaret will cover all the basics of working with colour while making a hat. Prior to class you will be sent instructions for casting on and knitting the brim of the hat so that in class you can get right to work with two colours!

Class is held virtually from the comfort and safety of your own home via the Zoom conferencing App. A computer, tablet or handheld device is essential for participating.

Teacher: Sarah-Margaret 

Technology Required: Zoom App, computer or Tablet

Materials Required: 100g of dk weight yarn(Main Colour), 50g of dk weight yarn(Contrast Colour), 3.5mm needles (dpns or 16" circulars) for cast on and brim, 4.5mm 16" circular needles, 4.5mm dpns for crown.

Prerequisites: Confident knitting in the round with circulars or DPN's

Cost: $40 plus materials
