This project is a pattern from the UK. The class will discuss the UK vs. US terminology and all of the nuances of this UK pattern. Students will make up the required gauge swatches which will act as samples of both the lace pattern and main fabric.
Participants should return to the second class with the lace and main fabric completed for the stole and at least up to the decrease portion for the poncho version. This class will cover the decreasing part of the poncho, the lace edging and sewing the poncho together.
